1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Service Description
Joobbr provides tools for job discovery, profile-based matching, AI-assisted fit analysis, document generation, and application tracking.
3. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or violate laws.
- You must not submit malicious content, abuse AI generation endpoints, scrape private data, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
4. Credits, Billing, and Purchases
Some features require credits. Credits may be granted by promotions (including signup bonuses) or purchased via supported billing flows.
Prices, packages, and promotional credits may change over time. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI outputs are provided for assistance and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated resumes, cover letters, and analyses before use.
Joobbr does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.
6. Third-Party Job Sources
Job listings may originate from third-party providers. Joobbr is not responsible for external listing accuracy, employer decisions, or third-party website availability.
7. Intellectual Property
Joobbr and its platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Warranties and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Joobbr disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
